Dear Students and Parents:
I hope you are having a great summer. Its enrollment time again! Enclosed you will find the fall/winter Schedule, registration form, and new tuition schedule. Also enclosed is information and registration form for the Columbia Acro & Tumbling Team.
About the Schedule:
The schedule is basically the same as last year with the exception of some minor time changes. I am sorry there is no adult tap in the schedule this year. If you are interested, let me know, I may be able to fit it in somewhere.
Classes will start Tuesday, September 8, 2009.
Placement in the levels:
If you were in a 3-year old class last year, please enroll in the 4-year old class.
If you were in a 4-year old class last year, please enroll in a Level 1 class for 5 and 6 year olds.
If you were in the Level 1, please enroll in the appropriate class for your age.
If you were in Level 2A, 2B, 3, 4 – please see my note in this email or at the bottom of this letter. If you were in Level 5, you are still in Level 5.

Please send a registration fee of $20.00 for one child and $10 per child for each additional child. (Example: three children would be $40.00.) This is a one-time, non-refundable fee and will hold your place in the class. If you postmark your registration by August 15, 2009 please take $5.00 off your total registration fee. Please fill out the registration form completely. Registration is considered incomplete without the form and the fee. As returning students, you will have the first pick of classes. I will open registration to new students beginning August 15, 2009, so if you want to get your preferred class, please postmark your registration by August 15th. Please be assured you are registered for the class you signed up for unless I call you. If you would like confirmation by email, please indicate this on the registration form. Confirmation will not be sent unless requested.
Acro Team – Please also fill out the enclosed CATT team registration form.
Shoes and Supplies:
Try your old shoes on – do you need new ones? If you do, go to The Dance Closet at 909 Cherry Street. I have given them a list of all the recommended shoes for my kids. Please note that all Level 1’s will need tan taps. If you don’t see what you want in the store, just ask, they can probably get it for you. They also have leotards, skirts, tights, dance bags, etc.
