July 2011
Dear Students and Parents:
I hope you are having a great summer. Its enrollment time again! The
fall/winter schedule, registration form, and new tuition schedule
are posted on the web site. You can just download the registration
form and mail it in.
About the Schedule:
I have just changed a few things around this year - please note that
the hip hop classes have moved to Thursday’s, and the Saturday
classes for Level 1’s had time changes.
Classes will start Tuesday, September 6, 2011.
Placement in the levels:
If you were in a 3-year old class last year, please enroll in the
4-year old class.
If you were in a 4-year old class last year, please enroll in a
Level 1A class for 5 and 6 year olds.
If you were in the Level 1, please enroll in the appropriate class
for your age unless I have sent you an email indicating otherwise.
If you were in Level 2A, please enroll in Level 2B.
If you were Level 2B, 3, 4 or 5 – you will get an email regarding
your class.
How to Register:
Please register by mail to:
Columbia Dance Academy
4250 East Broadway, Suite 1031
Columbia, MO 65201-9093
Please send a registration fee of $20.00 for one child and $10 per
child for each additional child. (Example: three children would be
$40.00.) This is a one-time, non-refundable fee and will hold your
place in the class. If you postmark your registration by July 30,
2011, please take $5.00 off your total registration fee. Please fill
out the registration form completely. Registration is considered
incomplete without the form and the fee. As returning students, you
will have the first pick of classes. I will open registration to new
students beginning July 25, 2011, so if you want to get your
preferred class, please mail your registration as soon as possible.
Please be assured you are registered for the class you signed up for
unless I call you. If you would like confirmation by email, please
indicate this on the registration form. Confirmation will not be
sent unless requested.
Shoes and Supplies:
Try your old shoes on – do you need new ones? If you do, go to The
Dance Closet at 909 Cherry Street. I have given them a list of all
the recommended shoes for my students. Please note that all Level
1B’s will need tan taps. If you don’t see what you want in the
store, just ask, they can probably get it for you. They also have
leotards, skirts, tights, dance bags, etc.
Thank you for your continued support of Columbia Dance Academy. If
you have any questions not answered by this website, please feel
free to call me at
(573) 817-0486 or email me
JSdancer@charter.net.
I look forward to seeing you in September.
Sincerely,
Miss Jeanne |
